Welcome. My name is Katherina Kavungu, and I offer a specialist therapy practice based in Dublin, Ireland. With over 12 years of experience, I support individuals in working through trauma, emotional pain, and inner conflict.
Using a range of approaches, including Identity-oriented Psychotrauma Therapy (IoPT), Family Constellations, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Regression Therapy, I offer tailored, integrative sessions that meet each person where they are.
You do not have to face the impact of difficult life experiences alone. Every person carries their own history, relationships, trauma experiences, and inner conflicts. My work aims to provide a supportive space where these experiences can be explored with compassion, safety, and respect.
